Spiritual Health: as the body is composed of elements and will decay, finding something permanent to believe in (i.e. belief in a higher power) can give meaning to your life. When your life has more meaning, you tend to care for the body more so that it will serve you better which in turn enables you to better serve your God. 

Faith: Have Faith in God. Faith is the magnet which draws down the confirmations of the Holy One.

Prayer: pray daily according to the dictates of your faith.

Fasting: Fasting is one of the twin pillars upholding the revealed law of God. Fast yearly according to the commandments of your Faith. A spring fast, abstaining from food or drink from sunrise to sunset, is as light to the soul.
