Part 3:
Cooking and Weaning the Body of Various Food Substances

The Rules
- Don’t use aluminum cookware: traces of aluminum in prepared foods may cause Alzheimer’s disease
- Don’t use cooked foods
- If you feel you need to slowly wean yourself from cooked foods, have steamed vegetables with your salad meal.
- Don’t ever cook green LEAF vegetables; cooking these forms oxalic acid and prevents nutrient absorption
- Don’t used cooked tomatoes, not even sauces – they create acid in the body (instead squeeze lots of fresh tomatoes with lemon)
- Never use table salt, pepper, packaged spices
- Never use canned foods
- Develop a “backpack” strategy for providing yourself with life-generating live foods while away from home. Fresh fruits may be eaten as often as desired except within 3-4 hours after a non-fruit meal
- The combination of protein and carbohydrates in cooked beans makes it taxing on our digestion, creating gas and fermentation
- Our bodies manufacture too little of the enzyme for breaking down cooked carbohydrates: these include baked potato, rice, bread, pasta, etc in our diet. Such foods will go mostly undigested, ferment, deplete our energy and attract bacteria and illness in our system.
