The Guide is built on the foundation that proper timing, together with proper food combining of various food substances aids the body in its utilization of nutrients to build and maintain healthy cells. Weaning ourselves from all cooked foods and eliminating meats and fish are also components of creating the perfect internal environment for health and longevity.

The use of ingredients and additives, such as vitamins, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, iron, dairy, calcium and dried fruit are also highlighted and explained in the Guide.

And if you must cook, the Guide tells you what foods should never be cooked, and what types of cookware should never be used.

I’ve sampled some of these recipes and if I can learn to prepare raw foods like these, then the battle for a natural raw food lifestyle might truly be winnable.
